Did you ever have someone tell you that you need to improve your focus? Or in meditation, someone tell you improve your on pointed focus? It’s not easy.

But then, somehow, someway you suddenly let go of all the "todo’s" and "should have’s" and there you are…sensing the feelings inside your body or simply feeling nothing.

This week, I dare you to be fully in the moment, in every moment. When you reach to turn a doorknob; your mind and body are right there, focusing on that doorknob. When you are chatting with your spouse, you put everything down, look into his/her eyes and truly listen with your mind, body and spirit. That’s one pointed-ness.

Try it and you will feel the freedom – your body will relax more, your mind will be less tense and your spirit will soar. Try it.
